2006 Annual Satir Conference - Celebration of Virginia Satir 90th Birthday This idea was started by John Banmen who shared how great musicians as Mozart are celebrated throughout the world as they reach some milestone. He suggested we do this for Virginia's 90th Birthday.

John has attached a letter requesting participants for a book about Virginia. The idea is to involved and invite other groups like IHLRN and any one connected with Virginia to attend and participate at this special celebration.

We are on the next steps for this conference. The idea at this time is to have a place in California. Nancy Macdonald and the staff are checking different possibilities. We are also looking for sponsors who would be able to help and support this celebration. 2007 Satir - International Conference in Prague. Hana Scibranyova is the program coordinator for this exciting event. She has already started to look at possible sites and program. The possible time is sometime in the Fall. This will be an incredible opportunity for us to reach to the members and Satir Friends in Europe.
