We launched Enriching Your Relationship with Yourself and Others -- Based on the Teachings of Virginia Satir, last year at the Satir Conference in Waterloo, Canada. In January 2006 we piloting our first online Level I course with 13 participants. It has been very exciting as the program has been well received. We are reaching not only counselors but the general public. We have had a total of 237 persons participate in the program so far and currently have 19 people in the trainer training program or about to enter it. Due to the changing role of Avanta, as of 2007, Avanta will not be sponsoring this program. However, it will continue and we will keep you informed about the new form it will take.
We will be offering Level I on Wednesday, August 9th, at the pre-conference training day so we invite you to join us if you have not taken it or would like to take it again. We also urge you to tell others about the workshop.
